Grimsbury is a housing estate in the north east of Banbury, Oxfordshire, England.

It is Banbury's only estate to lay to the east of the River Cherwell, the Oxford Canal and railway line. It is also the town's largest estate which used to be a separate village.

Grimsbury is the home of the town's old cattle market, and currently houses the town's Royal Mail sorting offices, the Banbury Train station and Banbury United F.C.'s ground.

Grimsbury is being expanded further as a large development has began on the old cattle market site which will include just over 300 new homes and a primary school to replace Dashwood School. Additional expansion is also taking place towards the north of the estate.
