HKS Co., Ltd. (株式会社エッチ・ケー・エス Kabushiki-gaisha Ecchi Kē Esu?) (JASDAQ: 7219) is a publicly traded automotive accessory company headquartered in Fujinomiya, Shizuoka, Japan

The company was formed in 1973 by Hiroyuki Hasegawa and Goichi Kitagawa making the H and K in the name. Start up capital was supplied by Sigma Automotive giving the S in HKS.

HKS has since by the late 1980's competed in many forms of motorsports including drag racing, JTCC, JGTC, F3, D1 Grand Prix, Superbikes, plus many others

They have 407 employees

Their revenues at the end of 2005 was $68 Million worldwide or

7,940,000,000 yen
