Herzog, Fox & Neeman (a.k.a. "Herzog Fox" and "HFN") is the largest law firm in Israel. Its offices are in Tel Aviv. The firm was established in 1972 by its three founders: The late Chaim Herzog, later to become the sixth president of Israel; Michael Fox and Prof. Yaakov Neeman.

Throughout 2005-2006, many senior lawyers from other firms joined Herzog Fox, substantially making it the most prominent law firm in Israel. These lawyers include Esther Sternbach from Avital, Dromi & Co. (Communications), Ilanit Landsman-Yogev from Doron & Landsman-Yogev (Capital Markets and Securities), Alon Sahar from BWSB (Hi-Tech), Ruth Dagan from Shiboleth (Environmental Law), Michal Kamir from FBC (Capital Markets) and others.
