Heterologue

Heterologue (Classical Greek: Hetero = Different and Logos = word, idea). The term was coined by linguist Jack McNeill as the technical term for a different word in two languages. The term is relevant when discussing homonyms. Homonyms are by definition heterologues that are both homophones and homographs.
