High Willhays is the highest point on Dartmoor, Devon, at 621 m (2,038 ft) above sea level, and the highest point in Great Britain south of the Brecon Beacons. High Willhays and nearby Yes Tor are the only summits in England south of the Peak District to rise above 2,000 feet, apart from Black Mountain which is on the Welsh border. They are therefore classed as mountains.

This remote spot in the northern part of Dartmoor is situated within the Danger Zone — an area used periodically by the British Army for exercises. Red flags are raised around the perimeter when firing is due to be taking place.
