The term Home Ministry generally refers to the ministry in charge of domestic policy and law and order in several countries;
- In India, the Ministry of Home Affairs under the Minister for Home Affairs (India)
- In Singapore, the Ministry of Home Affairs under the Minister for Home Affairs (Singapore)
- During and after the Meiji Restoration, the Home Ministry (Japan) in Japan.
