Horsfield's Tarsier (Tarsius bancanus), also known as the Western Tarsier, is a species of tarsier. Like all tarsiers, they have big eyes which aid them in nocturnally related activities, namely the caputure of their prey.

Found in Brunei, Indonesia, and Malaysia, these nocturnal species live in forests. It is carnivorous, and nutrition is found mainly in the form of insects, but also small vertebrates. An individual can consume up to 10% of its body fat weight in one day. Western Tarsiers also posess a great sense of hearing and smell. Just one eye weighs more than any part of the body.
