Indian Ocean Island States is the name given to those island states in the Indian subcontinent which lie in the Indian Ocean. These include:

• Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka
• Andaman Islands (administrative territory of the Republic of India)
• Nicobar Islands (administrative territory of the Republic of India)
• Lakshadweep (administrative territory of the Republic of India)
• Tamil Nadu, State of India
• Republic of Maldives
• British Indian Ocean Territory (British Overseas territory)
