- It is the inverse of Custodian Capture and it occurs when a player has placed his piece in between two of the opponent's piece (such that they are on opposite sides of the players piece). In this form of capture both of the opponents pieces are taken.

In a formal OD process, an OD consultant gains entry to the organization, establishes a contract with the client, diagnoses the current functioning of the system, and recommends specific actions to improve things.
- In education, the point at which a student has struggled such that the teacher must assist the student individually, usually with one-on-one tutoring.
