The Jacob's Creek Open Championship is a golf tournament on the PGA Tour of Australasia and is co-sanctioned by the U.S. based Nationwide Tour. It is played annually in February at Royal Adelaide in Adelaide, Australia. It is one of three tournaments on the Nationwide Tour held outside the United States.

The 2006 purse was $771,528, with $134,194 (US) going to the winner.
