[edit] Miscellanea

A sidelight to this album is The Bomber cut. The original song was in three parts: One, "The Bomber", unchanged from how it is now; starting the song, exiting and then re-entering to end it. Second was "Bolero", an electric guitar solo rendition of part of Ravel's orchestral piece of the same name; and three, "Cast Your Fate To The Wind", a guitar and bass duet of this song. The length of the full medley was 7:04. The first pressing of the album and the 8 track cartridge got in the stores and was selling, when Ravel's publishers objected, as only full orchestral versions were sanctioned by the Ravel estate. James Gang backed off; from then on the album had only The Bomber and Cast Your Fate To The Wind. Every once in a great while an old LP or 8 track surfaces with the now-rare contents.de:James Gang Rides Again sv:James Gang Rides Again
