Japan Air Commuter Co., Ltd. (日本エアコミューター株式会社 Nihon Ea Komyūtā Kabushiki-gaisha?) is an airline, based in Japan. It offers air feeder service in western Japan, particularly around Kyūshū, Shikoku and the Ryūkyū Islands. Its main base is Kagoshima Airport, with hubs at Osaka International Airport, Amami Airport, Oshima and Fukuoka Airport. <ref name="FI">Flight International, 5-11 April, 2005</ref>

The airline was established on 1 July 1983 and started operations in 1983. It has 484 employees. It is owned by Japan Airlines (60%) and 14 local municipalities of Kagoshima Prefecture (40%). <ref name="FI"/>
