Joint Nature Conservation Committee

The Joint Nature Conservation Committee (JNCC) is the wildlife adviser of the United Kingdom Government. It is the forum through which the three country conservation agencies get together to discuss matters of common concern and create UK-wide policy. The agencies are the Countryside Council for Wales, English Nature, and Scottish Natural Heritage.
