The Deutsches Jungvolk (German Youth) was a subdivision of the Hitler Youth for boys aged 10 to 14. It reinforced the Nationalsozialistische view of aryan ideals and transmitted the Nazi idea of the Volksgemeinschaft. It had an emphasis on teaching loyalty to Hitler, the regime and sponsored youth activity to reinforce the said importance of male physical strength, vitality and militarism at a very young age.
