Kagera River

The Kagera River is a remote source of the Nile. The river originates in Burundi, forms the Rwanda-Tanzania, Tanzania-Uganda border and flows into Lake Victoria. During the Rwandan Genocide the river brought massacred bodies into Lake Victoria.

It is near the province and town of Rusumo.
