Kevin Durand (born January 14, 1974 in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada) is a Canadian actor best known for his role as Joshua in Dark Angel (2001-2002). Durand attended Port Arthur Collegiate Institute (PACI) and St. Ignatius High School. His first acting experience was in high school drama class. In 1994 he was named one of Canada's funniest new comedians. ^{[citation needed]}

He also had a recurring role as Agent Jay Swopes in the American miniseries remake of Touching Evil as well as small roles in the television shows Without a Trace and The Dead Zone.
