Kevin Weisman

Kevin Weisman, born December 29, 1970 and raised in Los Angeles is a film, television and stage actor. He received a BA from UCLA's prestigious School of Theatre/Film/Television and also studied at New York's Circle in the Square Theatre. Weisman married Jodi Tanowitz, a preschool teacher, on May 21 2005. Their daughter, Maya Rose, was born on March 31, 2006 in Los Angeles.

Weisman is a founding member of the award-winning and critically acclaimed Buffalo Nights Theatre Company and appeared in numerous plays at their resident space, the Powerhouse Theatre in Santa Monica. He also produced (and acted) in the 2001 feature film, "The Illusion," directed by Michael Goorjian.

His best-known acting role is as Marshall Flinkman on the hit television series Alias (2001-2006). He has also appeared on Bravo's Celebrity Poker Showdown and shows up frequently on VH1. Weisman is also the drummer for the rock band Trainwreck and loves to play poker, softball and golf.

There is some debate over whether or not he is a taller-than-average dwarf<ref>Blog Article on Weisman being a "Man-Sized Dwarf"</ref> due to the way his body proportions and distinctive features appear. His IMDb profile has his height listed as 5 ft 8 in but pictures of him standing next to Jennifer Garner[1] (whose IMDb height is listed at 5 ft 9 in) show her as being more than an inch taller than him. Candid shots however reveal<ref>Candid alias cast photo</ref> that this is more than likely down to perspective, high heels and some amount of digital manipulation. He is certainly shorter than the rest of his co-stars who all top 5'8". Estimates on Weisman's height vary from 5'6 to 5'7.5 <ref>Height reference</ref> placing him far out of the range of any person with the dwarfism condition.
