The kilderkin is an old English unit of brewery casks, holding about 82 litres.

Kilderkin was a hard rock band based on the Central Coast of NSW, Australia active in the 1990's. They released a self-titled demo, and a 5 track EP entitled Occam's Razor in 1988. They disbanded in 2000.
Band members: Matt Fitzpatrick, Michael Ritchie, Scott Wallace, and Matt McCallum.
