Koh Tsu Koon

Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon (chinese:許子根) (born 1949) is a Malaysian politician. He has held the position of Penang's Chief Minister since 1990. He is a member of Gerakan political party in which he is currently the Deputy President.
Born in Penang, he is a noted alumnus of the Chung Ling High School. As such, he is invited to the annual graduation ceremony to give a speech to the graduates. He later on attended the Princeton University and University of Chicago in the 1970s, where he obtained his PhD in Economics and Sociology of Education.
Koh is married to Chui Kah Peng, who is an alumna of the Penang Chinese Girls' High School, and has two children.ms:Koh Tsu Koon zh:許子根
