Korean National Airlines
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Korean National Airlines was the first air carrier in Korea and in South Korea. Established in 1948, the carrier was merely a regional carrier and – despite its name – was privately owned. It went bankrupt in 1962 due to inability to compete with international carriers. The assets of KNA was acquired by Korean Airlines in the same year.
