Kubrat, Prince of Panagiurishte (born November 5, 1965), is the third son of Tsar Simeon II of Bulgaria and his wife Doña Margarita Gomez-Acebo y Cejuela. He was born in Madrid.

On July 2, 1993 Kubrat married Doña Carla Maria Royo-Villanova y Urrestarazu. They have three sons:

• Mirko, born April 26, 1995 in Madrid.
• Lukás, born July 15, 1997 in Madrid.
• Tirso, born June 3, 2002 in Madrid.
