Lee Kum Kee International Holdings Ltd. is a food company founded by Mr. Lee Kam Sheung in 1888 in Hong Kong. Lee Kum Kee had invented oyster sauce in Nan Shui, Zhuhai, Guangdong Province.
Today, Lee Kum Kee is a manufacturer of Chinese sauces, based in Hong Kong. It produces over 200 different sauces and condiments, including oyster sauce, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, XO sauce, one-step recipe sauce, chili product, cooking ingredients and dipping sauce.
