Leonard Outerbridge

Sir Leonard Cecil Outerbridge CC (May 6, 1888 – September 6, 1986) was the Lieutenant-Governor of Newfoundland from 1949 to 1957.

In 1967, he was made a Companion of the Order of Canada.
