There have been seven Lewis Baronetcies, two in the Baronetage of England and five in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom. These are shown individually below in order of creation.

Created in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom 15 February 1896 for William Thomas Lewis.

• Sir William Thomas Lewis, 1st Baronet (1837-1914)
• He was subsequently created Baron Merthyr in 1911 with which title the baronetcy remains merged
• The present heir has disclaimed his peerage and does not use and has not claimed the baronetcy.

• Sir Frederick William Lewis, 1st Baronet (1870–1944) He was subsequently created Baron Essendon in 1932 with which title the baronetcy then merged until its extinction in 1978.
