Lockheed Martin Simulation, Training & Support (LM STS) is a Lockheed Martin business unit based in Orlando, FL. The company's simulation business is focused on supplying training solutions for military and commercial platforms, as well as staff training functions. The company is a leading provider of modeling, simulation, and mission rehearsal tools for military and civilian applications. Military logistics support and test equipment is also a large portion of their business, including machinery controls, logistics management systems, and automated test solutions for air, land and sea. In 2005, LM STS transferred its business that provides biometrics solutions for customers such as the FBI and the State of Florida to Lockheed Martin Transportation & Security Solutions.

LM STS has approximately 2,800 employees, half of which work in Orlando, FL, hub of the largest single concentration of training and simulation activity in the nation. Other major LM STS facilities are located in Fort Worth, TX; Huntsville, AL, Fairborn, OH; Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; Albuquerque, N.M.; Akron, OH; the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area; La Mesa, Mexico; and the United Kingdom.
