Luis Enrique "Neco" Martínez Rodriguez, (born 11 July, 1982) in Necoclí) is a Colombian football (soccer) goalkeeper. In the 2006/07 season, he plays for Sakaryaspor in Turkey.
Martínez weighs 90 kg and is 191 cm tall.
He is nicknamed "Neco" for the town of his birth. He has won several caps for the Colombia national football team. He scored in a friendly match against Poland from a long punt on 30 May 2006.
He signed by Turkish newly promoter Sakaryaspor in summer 2006, signed three years contract.
