Mahon Point is an area forming part of Mahon, a suburb of Cork, Republic of Ireland. It is predominantly associated with the O'Callaghan Properties development of a shopping centre, retail park and additional elements.

Mahon Point Shopping Centre forms the centre-piece of the development project with 2 trading floors encompassing a net retail floor-space of just over 250,000sq ft. The Shopping Centre is anchored by a Debenhams department store and Tesco grocery outlet. Other major tenants at the centre include Zara, Next, Bershka, River Island and FCUK. Adjoining the main shopping area is a 13-screen Omniplex cinema complex and food-court.

The nearby Mahon Point Retail Park includes anchors such as B&Q DIY Store, Tileworld, Hickeys, CarpetRight and soon, Halfords.

Access to the Shopping Centre, just off the South Ring Road (dual-carriageway), is characterised by traffic congestion.

Mahon Point Shopping Centre was opened in February 2005; plans for its expansion are already mooted but not before 2009. In its first year, Mahon Point recorded almost 4,000,000 visits - approximately 77,000 visits a week.

The scheme was designed by Project Architects and constructed by Bowen Construction.

Mahon Point also adjoins a major residential development by McCarthy Developments called Jacobs Island.
