Marc Chouinard (born May 6, 1977 in Charlesbourg, Quebec, Canada) is a center currently (2006) with the Vancouver Canucks of the NHL. During the summer of 2006 Marc Chouinard became a free agent and signed with the Vancouver Canucks to a two year deal worth $2.2 million dollars.
Marc Chouinard started his career in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League in 93. After two successful seasons he was drafted in the 2nd round 32nd overall by the Winnipeg Jets franchise. His success in the minors however did no translate well to the NHL as his slow skating abilities has hampered his potential to score in the new NHL
