Maria Martens

Maria Martens (born 8 January 1955 in Doetinchem, Gelderland) is a Dutch politician and Member of the European Parliament. She is a member of the Christian Democratic Appeal, a member of the bureau of the EPP-ED group, and sits on the European Parliament's Committee on Development.

She is also a substitute for the Committee on International Trade, the Committee on Women's Rights and Gender Equality, a member of the delegation to the ACP–EU Joint Parliamentary Assembly, and a substitute for the delegation for relations with the countries of Central America.
