Maryland Route 210, or Indian Head Highway, is a state highway in Prince George's and Charles counties in Maryland. It is an extension of South Capitol Street in Washington, D.C., and it connects the capital with Indian Head, Maryland. It has an interchange with the Capital Beltway and ramps to and from the southern terminus of Interstate 295, and it is part of the National Highway System as an arterial route from the District line to Maryland Route 228. Going south, the highway passes through the communities of Oxon Hill, Fort Washington, Accokeek, and Bryans Road.

As of March, 2006, The intersection of Routes 210 and 228 is one of only three continuous-flow intersections (CFIs) in the United States (the others are on Long Island, New York and in Baton Rouge, Louisiana). The CFI was built in 2000.
