Maurice De Waele (December 27, 1896 Lovendegem – February 14, 1952) was a Belgian professional road bicycle racer. De Waele is most famous for winning the 1929 Tour de France. He placed 2nd in the 1927 Tour, 3rd in 1928, and 5th in 1931. Other notable wins include the 1928 and 1929 Vuelta al País Vasco (or Tour of the Basque Country).
