Midtown is an underground station with two side platforms. As of April 2006, 4,085 daily fares were collected at the gates.

Midtown has 14 parking spaces; however all spaces are reserved for taxis, maintenance vehicles, police vehicles, kiss-ride (passenger dropoff), or handicapped parking. One Flexcar vehicle is parked at the station.
