Miles Wedderburn Lampson, 1st Baron Killearn, GCMG, CB, MVO, PC (24 August 188018 September 1964) was a British diplomat.

Miles Lampson was the colonial head as the British High Commissioner of the Kingdom of Egypt from 8 January 1934 to 14 November 1936. He was also appointed a member of the Privy Council in 1941 and in 1943 was created Baron Killearn, of Killearn in the County of Stirling.

During the Second World War, King Farouk of Egypt, speaking of his Italian servants who were not interned after bombing by Italy, allegedly told Lampson as British Ambassador (who had an Italian wife at the time), "I'll get rid of my Italians, when you get rid of yours."

Lampson married, firstly, Rachel Mary Hele Phipps, daughter of William Wilton Phipps, on 6 July 1912. He married, secondly, the Italian Jacqueline Aldine Leslie Castellani, daughter of Sir Aldo Castellani, on 18 December 1934.
