Image:Minkconnie.jpg Mink Stole was born Nancy Stoll in Baltimore, Maryland, in 1947.

Mink Stole is best known for her work in John Waters' films. Her film career began with Waters' first film, Roman Candles in 1966. Since then, she has appeared in almost every John Waters movie (apart from Hag in a Black Leather Jacket, a black and white short film made in 1964), including the recent A Dirty Shame. She has also appeared in a number of films and television shows, and currently writes a column for the Baltimore City Paper titled "Think Mink".

Mink Stole is currently fronting Biomechanic, a sound and vision project infusing Electronica, Jazz and Dark Cabaret. Debut CD, Exogenesis, ETA: 2007.
