Mirny (Russian: Ми́рный) is a closed town in Arkhangelsk Oblast, Russia, serving the Plesetsk Cosmodrome. Population: 30,502 (2002 Census).

Founded in 1957 as a settlement for ballistic missile launch site workers, received closed town status in 1966 with the development of the cosmodrome.
