Miroslav Đukić

Miroslav Đukić (born 19 February, 1966 in Šabac) is a retired Serbian football defender.

He played for several clubs, including Deportivo la Coruña and Valencia CF, both in the Spanish First Division. While playing for Deportivo, he infamously missed a penalty in the last minute of injury time of the final game of the 1993-1994 season which, if scored, would have won the match and given the club their first Spanish title.

He played for Yugoslavia (49 matches/2 goals) and was a participant at the 1998 FIFA World Cup.

As from the 2006 season he is the coach of the Under 21 national football team of Serbia.
