Miss Lebanon

Miss Lebanon - Lebanon's Official National Beauty Pageant (Arabic: انتخابات ملكة جمال لبنان ) is a beauty contest in Lebanon. It takes the form of reality television, wherein contestants live together for six weeks.
Miss Lebanon is the only national beauty contest that awards prizes worth more than half a million US dollars to its winners. It is broadcast by the Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation (LBC).
During one year, the Lebanese winners compete in two of the four major beauty pageants, (Miss World, Miss Universe, Miss International and Miss Earth), while two handpicked national contestants is chosen for the remaining ones.
The Misses Lebanon that won an international title are Georgina Rizk (Miss Universe 1971, Christina Sawaya (Miss International 2001) and Dominique Hourani (Miss Intercontinental 2003).
