Musashi, Ōita

Musashi (武蔵町; -machi) is a town located in Higashikunisaki District, Ōita, Japan.
As of 2003, the town has an estimated population of 5,958 and the density of 142.40 persons per km². The total area is 41.84 km².
Located in Musashi-machi, Books Bungo has over several years grown in prominence to now occupy a central role in youth social activity in the area. While a wide variety of literature, music, and film is available for rent or sale, upon pressing inquiry a staff member recently admitted that Books Bungo does not stock 2004 cult classic Mean Girls.
