Mustache Commander

Mustache Commander, High Priest of the Shadow Government, along with Supreme Commander, forms the two headed beast that leads the Shadow Government and StreetWars tournaments. His signature is the fedora, mandarin gown, pipe, bottle of Jack Daniels, and the mustache that, more often than not, seems to be barely hanging on his face.

Alter ego of StreetWars co-creator, Yutai Liao, Mustache Commander made his first appearance in StreetWars during the San Francisco 2005 game. Previous to the SF 2005 game, there has only been the Supreme Commander and the mysterious "Assigner".

The now famous giant bottle of Jack Daniel's that greet each and every player in the beginning of every tournament, started with the second appearance of the Mustache Commander (the first with his signature fedora), in an underground tunnel in Golden Gate Park in the SF 2005 tournament.<ref>The Warriors, radio show Weekend in America follows the Mustache Commander as he meets his players in an underground tunnel in San Francisco (links to an MP3 file}</ref>

The Mustache Commander is now often portrayed with a bottle of Jack Daniel's in hand.

[edit] The authenticity of the Mustache

In more then one television interview, you can see his mustache clearly falling off of the commander's face, though the Mustache Commander repeatedely insists on the authenticity of his mustache, as evident by his G4TV interview on 4/5/2006.
