Nelidovo (Russian: Нелидово) is a town in Tver Oblast, Russia, located in the Valdai Hills on the Mezha River (Western Dvina's tributary) 276 km southwest of Tver. Population: 24,200 (2006 est.); 26,154 (2002 Census); 30,044 (1989 Census).

Nelidovo was founded in 1900 as a settlement near a railroad station of the same name on the MoscowRiga railroad. It was granted town status in 1949.
