New York State Route 54 is a state highway in western New York, USA. This road is a northeast-southwest route connecting Dresden in Yates County to Bath in Steuben County. This highway runs through the Finger Lakes district.

At its north terminus at Dresden village by the shore of Seneca Lake, NY 54 connects to New York State Route 14. Initially, NY 54 runs westward until it reaches Penn Yan, where New York State Route 54A splits off. NY 54 runs thence southward on the east side of Keuka Lake, while NY 54A runs around the west side of the lake. The two branches rejoin near Hammondsport and the south end of the lake.

At the south terminus in Bath, NY 54 connects to New York State Route 415 and allows access to Interstate 390.
