Nicaea or Nikaia (Greek: Νικαία or Νίκαια) may refer to several different ancient cities:
- Nicaea in Bithynia, now İznik in Turkey
- Nicaea, also called Nicae, in Thrace, where emperor Valens died
- Nicaea, in ancient Liguria, now Nice in France
- Nicaea in the Punjab, built by Alexander the Great
- Nicaea, a fortress city of the Locri Epicnemidii
- Nicaea, also called Castra, in Illyria
