Norbert Schramm (born April 7, 1960 in Nuremberg, Bavaria) is a German figure skater. He is a two-time European Champion, two time World silver medalist, and a three-time German national champion.

Schramm began skating at age 6. His coach was Erich Zeller. He trained at the national center in Oberstdorf, and skated for the EC Oberstdorf club representing West Germany. Amongst his team members were Rudi Cerne and Heiko Fischer. He won the European Championships twice, and also won two silver medals at the World Championships. Additionally, he won a total of three national titles. Schramm gained worldwide publicity for his red outfits, his choreography and spontaneous creativity on ice, but also for creating new spins and reinventing old forgotten spins. Therefore he was labeled "World Best Ice Entertainer" by journalists.
In 1984 he retired from amateur competition and became professional world champion in Washington, D.C., U.S.. He also appeared in ice shows such as Holiday on Ice and also directed and choreographed such shows. In 1988, he began coaching figure skaters. From 2002 until 2007 he was artistic director of the ice show at Europapark. In 2006 he was a representative of the German "Dancing on Ice" television show.
He was married to Nicola Brown, and his daughter Bernadette Schramm was born on March 4, 1994. Currently, Norbert Schramm lives in Germany. He works as a choreographer and occasionally works for/with television programs.
