Novembre is a progressive death metal/doom metal band from Rome, Italy.

Starting out in 1990 as a death metal band (then called Catacomb), Novembre grew to develop a unique sound within the death metal sub-genre. They released their first two albums through Italian label Polyphemus, and in the mid-'90's they signed with Century Media, and released their next three albums through it. More recently, Novembre signed to Peaceville Records, and have recently released their sixth full-length, Materia.
