Oltu

Oltu (Ւղթիկ (Ughtik) or Ւլթիկ (Ultik) in Armenian; ოლთისი (Oltisi) or ოლთი (Olti) in Georgian) is a district of Erzurum Province of Turkey. It was historically considered to be part of the Tayk (or Tao-Klarjeti) region (the present-day Artvin Province).
