"P.I.M.P." is the third single from 50 Cent's debut album, Get Rich or Die Tryin'. Released in 2003, it reached #3 in the USA becoming 50 Cent's fourth Top 10 single; it also peaked at #5 in the UK The song was written by 50 Cent and Denaun Porter (Kon Artis from Eminem's group D12) and produced by Porter. The music video was directed by Chris Robinson.

Next part of the "sequel" appeared in 2005 in the 50 Cent: Bulletproof's soundtrack. Though it has a different sample that is originated from 1973's Motown song I choose you by Willie Hutch which can also be found in a soundtrack made to the film : The Mack.
