Problems playing the files? See media help. </li> </ul> </div> </div> Pandora's Box was a female rock group assembled by Jim Steinman in 1989 with some members from his temporary band Fire Inc.. They produced one concept album, Original Sin, in 1989.

The main vocalists were Elaine Caswell, Ellen Foley, Gina Taylor, and Deliria Wilde<ref>Her vocals were actually the combined vocals of Laura Theodore, Holly Sherwood and Laurie Sargent.</ref>.

Foley had worked with Steinman on Bat Out of Hell, whereas (two of the girls who provided voices for) Wilde had been in his Fire Inc. group. Caswell is again working with Steinman on his The Dream Engine project. She has recently performed "It's All Coming Back to Me Now" at the group's "Over the Top" performances at Joe's Pub in New York City.<ref>Diamond, Robert. The Dream Engine Rocks Joe's Pub. Steinman intended a tour, with only one vocalist (i.e. the lead for each song) being on stage at a time, rather than the others assuming the role of background vocalist. The commercial failure of the album meant that the tour never materialised.

Jim Steinman has gone on record saying that Pandora's Box is one of his favourite mythologies.
