Panic Song

Panic Song is the eighth track on the Green Day's album Insomniac. Written by bassist Mike Dirnt and co-written by guitarist Billie Joe Armstrong, it displays the bassist's feelings during uncontrollable panic attacks. Both band members had panic disorders. This is also exhibited in the song Basket Case on the album Dookie which is also about Billie Joe's experience with panic disorders.
