Pellworm (Danish Pelvorm Frisian Pälweerm) is one of the North Frisian Islands on the North Sea coast of Germany. It is part of the Nordfriesland district in the federal state of Schleswig-Holstein. Its area is 37 km², and its population is circa 1,200.

In medieval times Pellworm was a part of the larger island of Strand which was torn into pieces in a disastrous storm tide in 1634. Other remnants of Strand are Nordstrand and the Halligen.

Pellworm is accessible by a ferry departing from the neighbouring island of Nordstrand (which is in turn connected with the mainland by a road causeway).

The Amt of Pellworm consists of the following municipalities (population in 2005 between brackets):

  • Gröde (14)
  • Hooge (86)
  • Langeneß (133)
  • Pellworm * (1,139)
