Peter Chiarelli

Peter Chiarelli is the current general manager of the Boston Bruins. He was hired on May 26, 2006. He was signed to a four-year contract. He previously worked as an assistant general manager for the Ottawa Senators over the last two years, including the Lockout season. The Senators were given a conditional draft pick for acquiring Chiarelli. He was a player agent before joining the Senators in 1999. He played for Harvard University between 1983 and 1987 and the British Hockey League Nottingham Panthers.
